Whale Branch Elementary and J. Davis Early Learning Center were awarded a grant by the Local Outreach Committee of First Presbyterian Church in Hilton Head to create custom-made Little Libraries at both buildings! The libraries were constructed in collaboration with the Beaufort-Jasper Academy for Career Excellence (ACE) Building Construction class taught by Mr. Jeff Bates.
The libraries operate on the honor system: Patrons may borrow a book and return it at leisure or even donate a book. A huge “thank you” goes to
